My journey in medicine began with earning my primary medical qualification from the prestigious Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi University—an institution recognized by the WHO for excellence in medical education. Driven by a passion for women’s health, I pursued specialized training in Obstetrics & Gynecology and allied specialties at two renowned centers of excellence: the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune, and Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi—a 650-bedded, multi-specialty teaching hospital. From 1995 to 1998, this transformative experience immersed me in hospital care, surgical patient management, and hands-on learning. Under expert supervision, I honed my skills by assisting and performing a wide spectrum of obstetric and gynecological surgical procedures, laying the foundation for a strong clinical acumen.
For nine dynamic years, I worked at Fortis Jessa Ram Hospital, New Delhi, where I thrived in a high-pressure environment. Here, our dedicated team managed an impressive caseload of around 30 deliveries and 10–20 major and minor gynecological procedures each month. This period of my career was marked by a commitment to precision, empathy, and continuous learning. I embraced evidence-based practices and regularly updated my knowledge at Ethicon Institute of Surgical Education to improve the laparoscopic skills and to remain at the forefront of advancements in women’s healthcare.
From 2012-2022 I’ve had the privilege of serving as an Senior Consultant at BL Kapur Memorial Hospital, a leading 700-bedded multi-specialty institution and Apollo Cradle, Moti Nagar This role has allowed me to further refine my expertise, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to improving patient outcomes. Each experience has not only deepened my clinical proficiency but also strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate and comprehensive care.
From 2022 – till date working as a Senior Consultant at Cloudnine Hospital, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi, a dedicated hospital for women health and expecting mothers making their experience into motherhood a memorable moment.

Research Work
As part of my research endeavors, I conducted a study on Doppler Ultrasonographic Velocimetry of the Umbilical and Uterine Arteries in pregnancy. The project focused on evaluating pregnancy outcomes in both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies through Doppler ultrasonography. It explored the correlation between pregnancy risk factors and routine Doppler findings, providing valuable insights into maternal and fetal health management.
